Münkner is Professor emeritus of law and theory of co-operation and Managing Director of the Institute for Co-operation in Developing Countries at the University of Marburg, Germany and was from 1992 to 2000 Managing Director of the Institute for Co-operation in Developing Countries of the University of Marburg.
